A Queensland based Not for Profit, based in the Childcare Education sector, who have recently been awarded a Federal Government Program, which will roll out across Queensland and Victoria, are seeking an Executive Manager to lead the organisation through this busy period. 

Reporting to the Board the role will include accountability for the Budget, Operations and the Program delivery. Providing strategic direction to the Program & Practice Manager and the Finance Manger. Leading a dedicated team whose focus is on supporting families and communities. Working closely with local & federal government departments and local communities.

Skills required:

• Experience working within the Not-for-Profit or community services sector;
• Experience managing multiple sites across Queensland
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement experience
• Demonstrated effectiveness in promoting a client-focused approach to the delivery and management of services;
• Solid leadership with demonstrated ability to influence organisational culture, and provide strong direction;
• Ability to identify opportunities for change and lead continuous improvement initiatives;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to travel in Queensland and Victoria
