Do you thrive in an environment with a well-defined sales process? Are you seeking a collaborative team and driven work culture? If so you could be our next Territory Sales Manager in the Melbourne region.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager - Pharmacy, you will drive growth by executing sales strategies with your independent and bannered pharmacy stores, whilst continuing to build on already well-established customer relationships. Within this role you will also be responsible for the development of key accounts including educating and training your customers on our products and maintaining our CRM system.

You will have demonstrated sales experience in the pharmacy channel or the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving solid sales results. You will be able to demonstrate the following: 

  • Your self-drive and ability to effectively manage your own time
  • Independently problem solve and create solutions
  • Identify opportunities for business growth 
  • Possession of astute commercial business acumen
  • Well-honed analytical skills and budget management 
  • Ability to travel regionally for two nights every twelve weeks.
