- This role can be located at one of our many offices in Melbourne
Reporting to the Employment Services DES General Manager, your focus on strategy development and innovation will be utilised effectively in this rewarding position to:
- Lead, motivate, and support the Victorian team, ensuring that a positive and dynamic culture is maintained
- Drive a culture of quality service provision, ensuring that employment targets are achieved across Victorian sites
- Establish, monitor and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and support, coach and provide feedback to your Victorian team to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Interpret and action reports submitted by stakeholders including government bodies and senior management, and implement strategies for each region in response
- Communicate and deliver strategies to the Executive Leadership team
- Provide sound advice on escalated issues involving employees, systems, performance and trends
- Be the point of contact and support for your managers in regards to any escalated issues from the operational level
What we need from you
- Minimum 4 years experience in a senior management role (Disability Employment Services)
- Proven track record of leading strong performing teams
- Thorough understanding of government employment services contracts, policies and procedures
- Determination and the passion to succeed in a competitive employment services market
- Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Some interstate travel will be required on occasion.
