The Company
This highly successful National Equipment Hire based business has experienced explosive growth over the past 5 years, with a solid client base and an exciting outlook for the coming years. With it National Head office in Melbourne, the NSW Operations operate out of a location in the Sydney Southwest suburbs, with growth driving an upgrade and relocation to new premises (in a similar area) over the next 12 months.
The Role
This is a newly created role, overseeing the State operations of this growing business, with an emphasis on driving sales, cultivating large contracts and overseeing branch operations, customer service, security and safety. Reporting to the National General Manager, this role will take the lead in driving the strategic direction for the NSW Operations, looking at expansion opportunities and continuing to drive growth across all categories.
Your Profile
You will have a proven track record of leading and driving growth specifically within the Equipment Hire sector, with extensive leadership and people management experience. A passionate and engaging individual, you will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset and a focus on driving new opportunities.
