Our client is a large multi-national organisation, with their global head office in Australia. They are the leader in their field and the growth in annual sales revenue and profit has been outstanding.
The General Manager - NSW will have responsibility for over $100million in revenue and will be leading a team across large multi-site consumer facing locations, growing both the revenue and profit and service standards. This will be achieved via inspiring the team, developing strategies for both the state right down to the local store level.
The nature of this business requires that senior leaders who are strategically capable, operationally focussed, commercially savvy and inspirational. Critical to their culture, is the ability for their leaders to work collaboratively within and between teams across the entire business.
We are looking for a highly-capable, degree-qualified, multisite customer and commercially focused leader, who may have experience within multi-site retail, multi-site health clinics or in the multi-site services sector.
