The General Manager
We are open to differing levels of background - from deep experience with a passion for the digital sector, to someone stepping up into their first General Manager role after being a hit in sales and marketing. They will have been in business for at least ten years though. However, we are really looking for exceptional cut through talent that wants to learn, to grow professionally and financially. Hard work and passion will be balanced with patience and empathy, insight is a must and integrity non - negotiable. Entrepreneurial by nature, you'll be more of an intrapreneur, you may have worked in a small business and you will have built and managed a high performing team.
