Tempo supports our customers throughout the asset life cycle, from design through to construction, commissioning, operations, ongoing client asset management and decommissioning.
POSITION SUMMARY
- Provide a continuous strong example of HSEQ leadership, example values and behaviours, leadership, mentoring and management of the AM – MS team
- Develop and maintain regular client contact; form strong working relationships; internal + external
- Understand the clients objectives and ensure they are fully met
- Identify and develop business opportunities; provide growth and enhanced performance
- Thorough knowledge of the contract, commercial negotiation, scope of works, specifications and the technical requirements on which the SOW is based.
- Proposal and tender preparation including presentation (with others)
- Prepare and review asset maintenance programs and costings
- Plan and review minor capital works and enhancement programs
- Preparation of reports including financial, service, contract performance, internal monthly reporting including Board Report contribution.
- Strong knowledge of asset, industrial, commercial and mechanical service delivery
As a strong relationship builder with exceptional people management skills, strong analytical skills and resilience, you will thrive in a challenging environment. You will identify and resolve asset and service management issues and ensure ‘best practice’ management strategies are implemented and adhered to, whilst capitalising on opportunities to maximise asset performance and provide client and company value add.
