• Circa $170k base + super + car allowance & generous bonus structure

The Role
Exceptional opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join this highly successful, dynamic and growing international retailer. As the State Manager, based in Sydney, you will report into the National Manager and be responsible for driving forward the extensive NSW store network. This challenging role will see you work closely with senior leaders within the business to develop strategy and lead your team to implement in accordance with company goals and values, driving a culture of excellence within all aspects of the business operations. You will be instrumental in managing organisational change and mentoring and developing your team of Regional Managers.

Skills & Experience
For this State Manager role, we are seeking a passionate, engaging, driven and dynamic retail leader with:

• 5+ years senior retail management, State/National level 90 + stores
• FMCG, Hardgoods, Hospitality/Food retail experience
• Retail savvy, commercial acumen, ability to identify opportunities and develop strategy
• Solid business planning skills, forecasting, analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage organisational change effectively
• Professional, personable, collaborative with strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• People leadership, coaching, mentoring, succession planning
• Tertiary qualifications highly desirable
• Flexibility for travel, local and interstate.
