An exciting opportunity for a collaborative and experienced area manager to lead service provision across RIDBC sites in Southern NSW and ACT on a part time basis.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and motivated team of transdisciplinary professionals. Supported by a Regional Manager within the organisation’s new management structure, you will be responsible for :-
- Contributing to a cohesive team of professionals to ensure quality service delivery
- Implementing and monitoring processes and systems that support best practice service delivery.
- Ensuring centres operate within state or regional or area requirements.
- Measuring and tracking individual and team performance against budget
- Efficient coordination of resources across the area
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health & education
- 5yrs + experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience in client centred service delivery
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to drive and deliver innovative solutions
- Proven experience in leading teams through change
- Motivation and energy to adapt to a changing environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement
