What you will be doing:


As a trusted Business Development Manager, you will be selling a range of healthcare services predominantly to corporate businesses, nationally. You will be based out of the Melbourne office but the majority of your time will be spent in front of your target market. You will be working with a broad range of health service and your product portfolio is includes health and wellbeing programs and medical assessments. You will be responsible for driving new business and as well as using your existing network of B2B contacts to ensure you reach your revenue goals. You will have a range of industries to target so no day is ever the same. Reporting to the National Sales Manager this is an autonomous role and requires someone who isn't afraid of knocking on doors and sourcing new opportunities. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure your success and you will be all the tools you need to achieve results.

  • Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously

  • Experience across occupational health services
  • Extensive contacts within the Victorian market
