As BDM you will be dedicated to increasing the new business sales for a product suite of Incentives, Reward & Recognition technology products. 

You will be:

• Selling complex solutions to multiple stakeholders including C-level execs
• Converting a mixture of inbound and outbound leads
• Building a robust and profitable sales pipeline
• Creating and delivering engaging and thought provoking sales presentations that change our customer's way of thinking.

Skills & experience 

• You must have a proven track record of generating and closing new business and will have B2B selling experience.
• You are confident delivering presentations to multiple stakeholders including C-suite.
• You have commercial insight to understand how a prospect's business needs align with our solutions and convincingly articulate this.
• Relevant industry experience and networks in Incentives, Customer Loyalty and or Reward & Recognition programs.
