This hands on Senior Management position heading up the Automotive Division will ensure the successful candidate a package with fantastic remuneration and will consist of buying vehicles for the purpose of retailing to our existing pre approved customers, valuing trade ins, new and used vehicle sales and brokerage, establishing and growing a team and being an integral part of the direction of the automotive business for Australia's fastest growing finance brokerage. The position titled Automotive Manager is a fantastic opportunity to build on the existing established infrastructure in place. This position will be located in the prime city location of Port Melbourne and the successful applicant will report directly to the General Manager.

• Experience working within a franchise dealership with an understanding of new car and used car operations.
• Management/team leader experience.
• Established valuing, sales and brokerage skills.
• Motivate and inspire others.
• Take ownership and be empowered to overachieve.
• Customer first attitude.
• High level of communication skills both written and verbal.
• Have had exposure to fleet sales.
• Be part of an expanding operation with massive growth in new and used cars.
