We have a newly created role of Strategic Client Manager to support our growing team in Melbourne. The position is accountable for employing strategies to grow the Amicus business through developing client relationships to deliver revenue expectations and client service excellence. This role is split between our Flinders Lane office and out of office client activities.




This role is best suited to individuals with interior design, architectural or construction industry experience as the role includes:






  • Differentiating our niche services to win in the marketplace - this will include acting as subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, acting as subject matter expert on workplace strategy and design & construct; and building a strong network within our clients organisations.
  • Owning the client relationship, including being the main point of contact and the escalation point - this will include developing a detailed understanding of the client and their needs (professionally and personally), gaining detailed feedback from clients on their experience and project outcome, continually reviewing and evolving strategies to suit clients’ needs and building your pipeline to deliver revenue expectations.
  • Developing the client relationship - this role is responsible for establishing processes and contact strategies (and leading process improvements) for developing client relationships to deliver on KPIs and client service excellence.
  • Revenue - the main accountability for this role is to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Maintain Salesforce database - We use Salesforce to help with multi-tasking and being results focused.
