Role of Business Development Manager
- You would be expected to build new business/ open new accounts- targeting small business owners and offer a solution to increase business performance
- You will be responsible for building relationships with owners and seek to understand their business needs and offer solutions
- You will be responsible for running and attending events
- You will responsible for over achieving yearly KPI’s/ budgets
- You will be based out on the road
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders
- You will report into the General Manager
The successful candidate will:
- Have minimum 1 year solution/ service sales experience
- Have experience dealing with small business owners and franchise businesses
- Have a proven track record in building new business
- Have a hunger and desire to achieve results
- Have strong business and commercial acumen
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced and agile environment
