Position Details

- Located in South Melbourne - Auto divison
- Reports to the Group Retail Manager
- Direct reports: None
Responsibilities
- Actively follow up customer leads through the various sources
- Achieving a KPI on calling a lead within 10 mins of be generated through our CRM
- Delivering individual KPIs targets with the focus on making the call and making the appointment
- Develop a customer first approach to manage customer expectations
- Develop rapport with the customer to create a smooth transition from call to site appointment
- Maximise the volume and quality of leads that are generated
- Working the customer on value adds post making the appointment to support other areas in the business
Experience/Education
- 2+ years sales experience
- Retail sales training

- Ability to consult and engage within their team and various departments within the organisation
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Confident and self-motivated
- Drive to ensure Auto revenue goals are met
