Key to your success will be your ability to drive business growth through identifying and exploring new clients and opportunities. You will also be tasked with managing our already existing accounts and leveraging further relationships and business development contributing to long term strategic goals.
This is a true Business Development / Account Management role. You will ideally be out of the office on sales calls, networking meetings, utilising your business development experience to generate a strong pipeline which will differentiate our sales offering to convert into new business. You will be given all flexibility for success with tools of trade offered and flexibility.
Backed up by a team of experienced recruitment consultants your success is assured!
Ideally you will be an experienced sales leader who is driven and tenacious whilst also a consultative seller to really adopt our "relationships first" approach to clients. To be considered you will ideally need to demonstrate the following:
· Experience working in the recruitment industry
· Proven Business Development / sales ability and a
track record of success
· Contributing to long term strategic goals
· Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
