Directly to the CEO, the Sales and Business Development professional will build practice revenue through acquisition of new clients, undertake planned business development through strategic avenues and present and represent the brand to the marketplace through business development. This represents an exceptional opportunity to join a values based team that have come from leading big 4’s in the industry. The culture is supportive and team focused, led by the entrepreneurial and visionary founder.

A true business to business enabler, you will utilise your high level negotiating and influencing skills to support business achieve their objectives. Your business acumen will see you confidently liaising with CEO and CFO levels, developing deep and ongoing partner referral relationships. As measures of your success you will demonstrate a natural ability to partner with small to medium sized businesses. Your strong work ethic, ability to engage positively and collegially and ability to manage multiple opportunities, will see you succeed.

To be considered, you are now seeking to transition across from a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm, or potentially, having worked within an R&D tax incentive consulting firm, are now looking to move. Ideally, we are seeking an individual experienced with Grants or R&D Tax Incentives, or IT industry knowledge. Key will be your experience within a professional services business where you will be able to demonstrate a work style that is self-motivated, a natural hunter, who seeks out new business, yet has a solid history in client acquisition and converting leads to sales. Industry professionals will be highly regarded, however not a pre-requisite. Additionally you must have team player qualities and enjoy working in a medium sized team.

An attractive package on offer, including a reward model and company car with some regional and interstate travel required. Commencement date is ideally from July 2018.
