A Leader Global marketing business services is looking for an outstanding Senior Account Manager ready to take on a new challenge! Having recently won a number of significant new business contracts, they are growing tremendously and you could be a part of it!

My client partners with leader consumer brands to execute successful marketing strategies globally. With 25 years industry experience their goal is to be recognized as the market leader in Europe, APAC and America through their fantastic delivery, innovation and service.

The role,

The role includes servicing 3 global account and delivering a first-class service that includes on boarding clients with marketing and procurement communities, being able to provide clients with effective, results driven marketing activities.

Who are you?
  • Strong communicator, good organizer and problem solver
  • Previous account management experience within the FMCG industry
  • Experience managing, maintaining and developing the sales potential of major customers. Solid background in growing accounts.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to establish clear and measurable objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in account management of multiple customers on a global basis including product creation, pricing strategies, distribution techniques, packaging and strategic marketing principles applicable to the premiums industry.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to project manage a minimum of 4 customers simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in pro-active selling to customers into industry

Responsibilities,
  • Ensure that the client sales and profit budget is exceeded and that all costs related to your orders are strictly controlled.
  • Work alongside the Account Director to develop a Client Account Plan and deploy the strategy to the team and clients.
  • Ensure customer service is a priority
  • Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed terms.
  • Assist in developing and exploring new sales opportunities; implement strategies and tactics against targeted business segments; analyse business results, and adjust tactics accordingly, to ensure newly identified opportunities are fully exploited to the benefit of the Company.
  • To identify and resolve any key issues relating to customers within established guidelines.
  • To analyse and interpret statistical management reports applicable to the business.
  • To monitor and control use of resources and make recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies.
  • To manage and achieve business plans and budgets.
