About the opportunity
This is a newly created role partnering with multiple business units offering analysis and insights to support sales and marketing efficiency and success. As a Commercial Analyst you will be responsible for sales force effectiveness, sales team KPI and incentive review, market share analysis, data management and analytics.
Duties
- Work with Brand and Sales Mangers to ensure commercial activity is supported by robust analytics
- Provide analysis and review of current sales force effectiveness and offer recommendations for improved efficiency and performance; this includes KPI’s, territory planning, customer prioritisation and incentives
- Working with brand teams to shape strategies for launch effectiveness, market segmentation and brand plans
- Deliver timely and accurate reports to support analysis and insights
- Ensure data and system integrity
- Conduct new starter training on system utilisation
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three year's experience in a Commercial Analytics and/or Sales Force Effectiveness and/or Business Insights role
- Experience must come from the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Must demonstrate an ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Tertiary qualifications required
- Strong analytical ability, problem solving skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise a busy workload and be a self-starter
