Within the very experienced and dedicated Novated Benefits team, you will be responsible for converting inbound Novated lease enquiries into Novated leases. You will receive excellent rewards and incentives in a fast paced environment where the goals are extremely achievable.
 
Your Role

• Answer inbound telephone and e-mail Novated lease enquiries from Drivers.
• Sell the benefits of Novated leasing and the various solutions sgfleet offers, qualifying and selling of aftermarket solutions;
• Provide Novated leases quotations to Drivers;
• Follow up quotations with a phone call to the driver within satisfactory timeframes;
• Managing the process to a successful outcome and addressing questions and concerns from the driver directly;
• Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and teams on driver related issues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

About You

• Proven success in inbound sales, ideally within the salary packaging or finance industry;
• Results focussed and driven,  you will have a very strong drive and determination;
• Ability to deal with complex products of a technical nature; an eye for details and accuracy with numbers.
• Good team player and an ability to develop strong relationships both internally and externally in a highly professional manner.
• Ability to focus on deadlines and quick to learn.
