Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

We are looking for a Melbourne based Sales manager to cover the state of Victoria.
Reporting to the National Business Manager – Kitchen Channel, the emphasis of this position is to drive business growth for domestic kitchen appliance sales through Kitchen Retailers.

  • Service your territory at a required frequency
  • Maintain and increase business with existing customers
  • Foster new business relationships through cold calling
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits and consumer needs of our products
  • Provide rational business solutions to mutually grow both retailer and company profit

 

The Desired Profile

In order to succeed, you need at least 3 years management experience with an emphasis on training and development. You are a high performer and connect well to any business. Due to your strong personal and professional skills you build strong relations, and have a strong impact as a trusted and effective manager. You are a strong communicator who develops good working relationships with internal and external customers. You possess a proactive working approach, a high degree of self-motivation and are a strong team player. You will be a part of a global organization and have the opportunity for developing your career.

We offer a competitive salary and commission on sales, along with a car allowance plus phone and laptop.
