About the business
The Capital Logistics business is a part of the Capital Transport Group and was conceived through demand from our existing clients wanting us to expand on our local transport offering.
The business began trading in 2012 and since then has seen strong growth across both warehousing and freight services. We have attributed this growth to adapting the same business philosophy that has seen the Capital Transport Group succeed over the last 25 years.
The cornerstone of this philosophy is to strive for excellence through the effective use of people, technology and best operating practice. Our management team has experience in all areas of freight, 3PL and professional business services such as accounting and information technology.
About the role
We are VERY interested in candidates that have knowledge and experience on what it takes to drive growth. We are looking for someone who can bring their persistence, fast talking and high levels of energy to a high achieving sales team.
The main focus of this role is to achieve agreed sales targets that will ensure revenue growth and profitability, identify opportunities for business growth within existing networks, manage relationships, account development and business development and contribute to the overall profitability of the Company.

The sucessfull candidate must have experience in a Transport role, well-versed in B2B Sales, an excellent communicator with the ability to influence decisions and drive exceptional results. You will be someone who approaches Sales with a strategic and consultative approach, has a strong desire to seek new business opportunities and always delivers superior service to their Clients
