Are you passionate about customer service?  Are you organised and solutions focused in your approach? Well, we are seeking interest for a full time, enthusiastic Sales Agent/ Consultant with a strong customer service focus to join our highly motivated crew, located in the Brisbane Office at Aspley.

Fluid Building Approvals provides complete building certification and town planning service for builders, project builders, building designers, structural engineering and homeowners who need building approvals delivered with complete professionalism and client satisfaction.

 

Fluid specialise in fast, easy and professional building approvals for all building work including new homes, renovations, patios, sheds and decks.

 

Our fun friendly team are passionate about bringing a fresh approach to the building certification industry and our aim is to help our clients to have smooth flowing projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to join a successful, reputable organisation with a team orientated and professional culture. You will be responsible for following up on enquiries, liaising with clients, issuing and following up on quotes, and identifying potential future business opportunities with clients and suppliers.

 

Your ability to forge and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts will be highly valued, and will enable you to maintain an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline of work within the residential space for the company.

 

Your technical mind set and accuracy, combined with an innate ability to build rapport with customers, will be the key to your success in this role. We want someone who genuinely is capable of applying INITIATIVE and is PROACTIVE.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • An experienced sales professional who can respond to leads and close sales (Minimum 2 years’ experience);
  • Experience in certification or the building industry advantageous but not essential;
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s;
  • Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships;
  • Professional, highly motivated, and with strong customer service skills;
  • Well-developed relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills – willing to ‘think outside the box’;
  • Self-motivated individual – show initiative and be proactive;
  • Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word);
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on maintain accurate CRM records;
  • Love to have fun in a positive, friendly working environment.
