About the role

Reporting to the General Manager and representing the Stratton Finance brand, your primary focus will be generating business with new and existing customers by securing their asset finance contracts, as well as offering a suite of insurance products. You will be supported with warm web leads from the carsales.com network to get you on your way, but your ability to build rapport and relationships with our partner dealerships will be crucial to your success and earning potential.

Your mission and duties:

Help customers achieve their goal of obtaining a new caravan or RV by:

  • Working across our panel of lenders to help customers find the best deal
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service and finance solutions
  • Build relationships with dealer networks to build a sales pipeline
  • Be the brand custodian and customer experience champion – you know the value in customer retention and word of mouth referrals
  • Liaising with customers over the phone and generating sales from warm web based leads
  • Represent our brand at Marine & Leisure shows (ad hoc)

About you:

  • You have previous sales experience and strong negotiation skills
  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach
  • Experience and networks in the Marine & Leisure industry (desirable)
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Commitment to the requirements of the business, achieving sales targets and commissions
