This is an opportunity to join a family owned and operated flooring business in the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The position to join our Sales team is based in Eltham, however requires travel over the greater Melbourne area. This is a full-time role (5 days a week) that will require Saturdays.
Main Roles:
Engaging customers in our showroom
On site measures and accurate flooring plans
General cleaning of showroom
Professional phone manner and email etiquette required
Knowledge in flooring products and installation methods

We are a family owned and operated flooring retailer in the north eastern area of Melbourne, that services the greater Melbourne area. We have owned this business for the past 6 years and pride ourselves on our customer service. Training is provided for the successful candidate.
About You:
This role involves working individually and as a team and will include time in the showroom and on the road visiting customers and providing measures and quotes. This will require a high level of customer service, attention to detail and product knowledge. Training will be provided, however experience in the flooring industry will be highly regarded but not essential. General computer skills are necessary, along with a professional phone manner and email etiquette.
A drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle are required for this role.
The hours required are generally 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week. Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
