This is a fantastic career opportunity to be a part of a National brand selling industrial & safety products across the Victorian state. They are the dominant player across the market and you will be dealing with tier 1 & 2 corporate accounts and over 40 sales professionals spread across the state.

In addition to the above: 

• Responsible for translating business & marketing strategies across Victoria & Tasmania
• Developing & leading a team of business development and key account managers
• Responsible for sales revenue, profitability and productivity 
• Ownership of National and major customer relationships based within the state as well as portfolio of state based stakeholders 
• Allocation & execution of state based alignment funding 
• Travel will be required on a regular basis across the state

What we need from you:

• Territory/Post-Graduate qualifications 
• High achiever & a proven track record to back this up
• The ability to work autonomous, travel & handle a highly advanced environment
• Dynamic & approachable leader with strong commercial success 
• Previous strategic account & relationship management 
• Demonstrated success delivering business outcomes and embedding process's across the organisation
