The ideal individual will be a strong team player, with a professional and confident phone manner.  Offering outstanding career progression for the successful individual with the prospect of moving into business development manager within 6 months, increasing salary and taking OTE to $100k uncapped. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to harness the perks of working for an international company through travelling between offices across the U.S, Canada, UK, Australia and Singapore.
   
The Role
   
You will be a vital part of the sales team proactively pursuing new prospects, identifying, qualifying and tracking both new and existing business through lease generation. You will have responsibility of maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
   
You will need to be able to clearly articulate, inspire and project confidence whilst remaining resilient. Researching all relevant data and utilizing the CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecasted accurately and adequate information retaining to prospect and/or opportunity is communicated. 

The Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Sales relevant experience, working with a CRM and confidence to sell to Director and C-level executives within SMB and mid-market.
  • Experience meeting outbound call volume and strong computer skills.
  • Organization and attention to detail with excellent follow up skills.
  • Ability to multi-task works independently and prioritizes tasks, and follow policies and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal skill is a must.
