JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Executive Search Consultant you should demonstrate an aptitude for the 360° environment. You should manage your time effectively, responding to clients and candidate's needs efficiently. You will deliver superior service from end-to-end and conduct new business calls whilst managing your own existing accounts. Candidate screening should be thorough, both over the phone and face-to-face. You will be given the opportunity to meet a diverse array of clients face-to-face, many of the portfolio comprising of leading global multinationals. Your efforts will be recognised with one of the most competitive commission structures in the market.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE 1+ years corporate inside sales experience (Recruitment experience preferred)
- A proven track record of success in sales driven environments
- Great business acumen and the ability to learn
- An outgoing and friendly personality
SALARY PACKAGE
Base Salary (negotiable and commensurate of experience) + generous monthly commissions + Super
