We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and engaging Sales Representative to join our team. Metro based and with some regional travel, you will be a go-getter, hungry for new business, who ideally has experience in selling in the Independent Grocery, health food channel and will hit the ground running.

You will build strong relationships in your community and beyond, have a desire to understand our products and be enthusiastic to share the benefits with your clients. By increasing distribution, generating new customers, merchandising and executing promotional activity you will drive growth of the portfolio in Victoria firmly setting your career future! You will be motivated and innovative in your approach, hungry for success and happy working autonomously.

This is a part time, on road position. You will be expected to be super organized and highly motivated by KPIs and Sales Targets set. You will be required to attend fortnightly sales meetings in our Fairfield office and are expected to send weekly Sales reports to the Sales Manager. An interest and experience in organic, natural products, and healthy living will be highly regarded.

To be successful you will need:

  • At least 3 years sales experience
  • Ability to create solutions and strategies to promote products and categories
  • Finding new business and building on existing client relationships drives you
  • Experience in promotional planning
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • To do in store product merchandising and product relays
  • Ability to relate to a diverse group of people and build rapport
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A creative and can do attitude
  • Maturity, enthusiasm and the ability to work autonomously
  • Great administration skills, reporting and customer service
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Own car and Driver's License
