What are they looking for?

-Hungry: In the role, the more active you are the more money you will make (that's the beauty of uncapped commission!)
  
-Adaptable: Sales is never a one size fits all situation so you will be required to be able to think on your feet and react in real time to produce the best outcome.
  
-Assertive: You’ll need a degree of being able to control the situation you’re in being able to move sales situations forward with respect to your client.
  
-Charisma: In the role, you will be dealing with a lot of reoccurring and also new business. It is important that you are able to build and carry on relationships with a variety of people. You need to be able to relate.
  
Any requirements?


-Degree level qualification is preferred.
-Telesales experience is bonus. 6 Months + is favourable.
-Hospitality/retail experience.
-General sales experience.
