Description:

The IFS Group is looking for a motivated B2B Sales professional with passion and drive to work in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) to create new relationships and be an ambassador for the IFS Group.  The successful candidate would have extensive experience in having worked in the facility industry within a defined portfolio of clientele and been able to secure new accounts or contracts on behalf of the company by selling the company’s strengths and capabilities through networking and existing relationships, as well as through working on other leads and company’s resources to sell to corporate clients. This role would suit a determined and career-focused individual who enjoys the thrill of winning or succeeding in achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding set budgets in terms of business development growth. This individual must be driven by results and energetic and excited about the role and be a self-motivated ‘go-getter’ who thrives on challenges associated to transforming hard work into actual closure of sales. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must in this role, as is a flexible approach to work and working hours, which is part & parcel of this sales role.

This being a serious sales role rather than an Account Manager, the ideal candidate would have significant experience in the FM soft service sector and must be someone that recognizes and goes after potential work with a ‘hunter-like’ approach to explore every promising opportunity and see them through to their end. This role requires someone who is comfortable and confidant in their own ability to generate results from self-generated leads and understands the importance of follow-ups and having the interest to make it their business to know what’s happening in the market and FM soft service space.   

This position offers an attractive salary package including a work vehicle, which also comprises of a base salary, bonuses including other benefits and a generous incentive scheme. We will recognise your hard efforts demonstrated through results.
