The Company
For over 100 years, their custom engineering team has been solving technical problems for the Australian Mining industry. With a complete in-house engineering and design division, they customise heavy and complex solutions to meet and exceed individual needs.
The Role
- In conjunction with the Regional WA Sales Manager establish a sales strategy aligned with goals and objectives.
- Determine the short term actions and key initiatives required to accomplish budgeted Gross Sales, Profit and Margin.
- Manage and improve customer relationships via regular communication with customers and their orders, general enquiries, technical support, complaints, and issues related to orders, delivery, invoicing and technical service.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships in such a manner as to provide effective strategies to develop entire solutions for customers’ needs
The Candidate
- Sales experience, with proven sales track record in the mining industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and customer service skills.
- Maintain and generate sales and manage customer relationships
- Contracts management and key account management experience highly desirable
- High level computer literacy and experience working with an integrated, technical purchasing / sales information management system
- Qualifications in sales, marketing or business discipline.
