The role

• Maintain the site-level relationship with existing contracted customers.
• Act as a focal point for Michelin with the servicing dealers and Michelin end-users.
• Operational in-charge of Michelin Direct Fleet customers. Includes inspecting tyres and gathering data on tyre usage.
• Travel throughout NSW to ensure contractual commitments are respected and monitored.
• Grow Michelin's profitability within existing Cost Per Kilometre customers.
• Assist Key Account Managers with the implementation of new customers.
• Promoting Michelin brand by conducting tool-box talks onsite with the end users
• Liaise with fleet customers and our dealers to ensure forecast requirement is captured to ensure supply continuity.
• Data entry via in-house tools.

What we're looking for

• Operational experience either in a trade or qualification
• Willing to be hands-on to inspect tyres
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
• Ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
• Willing to travel 7-10 nights away from home per month.
