Pacific Talent Partners
Based in our Sydney office and leveraging from your prior commercial experience, account management and business development skills, you will be an integral part of our Australian operations.
This newly created position will join a highly networked executive search firm experiencing a high growth trajectory. You will be responsible for establishing and managing your own executive search business with significant support but also the autonomy to drive your own success.
Specifically, you will be responsible for;
- Managing a range of large blue chip multinationals to a variety of small to medium sized enterprises:
- Procuring new business through business development and leveraging your own networks;
- Provide exceptional management of the end to end executive talent search process, delivering outstanding advice to clients and candidates; and,
- Building strong long term relationships through exceptional account management and exceptional candidate and client service.
The ideal candidate will have:
