The role requires you to:

  • Confidently build relationships with existing and new clients by delivering high quality professional services and subject matter expertise.
  • Manage your time and efforts to most efficiently tend to your accounts, boost client satisfaction and increase sales
  • Assist the sales team and CEO in sales administrative tasks, reviewing documents and arranging meetings.

 

The criteria required to be successful in this role is:

  • Be a positive, confident, peoples person, enjoy communication and be prompt with follow-ups
  • Pro-active, enjoy helping others and taking accountability for seeing projects and tasks through to completion.
  • Previous experience within the IT sales industry (desirable)
  • Able to build relationships easily and follow up with customers and suppliers promptly
  • Strong sales focus
