Your role will involve brokering deals for commercial finance solutions & construction finance. You will be expected to be a business development manager who liaises with clients, who can think on their feet. In addition to sourcing your deals, we will provide you with numerous internally generated leads for you to follow through.

You will be expected to have some of your own broker contacts, a professional network and to have experience of private non-bank commercial finance and construction finance. A Commerce Degree is preferred but not imperative.

Skills required to perform this role are; negotiation, problem solving, sales expertise and a reliance on previous experience in how to complete non-bank commercial and construction loan transactions. You will also be liaising directly with Directors and highly supportive sales team members to regularly drive transactions. The team is strongly competitive in the market, which has been the reason for its growth.

You will also be expected to be seeing Referrers at their offices seeking new opportunities.

$100,000 plus OTE

 What you must have to apply for this role:

•    Previous commercial finance experience in the non-bank market

•    Previous construction finance experience

•    Some Broker network and referral system

•    Excellent skills on the telephone and in person

•    Willingness to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment

•    Experience in commission based sales roles
