The Role

The National Sales Strategic Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the passenger, commercial, fleet and strategic operations teams in the development and implementation of medium and long term strategic plans of vehicle sales, and the reporting and visualisation of performance against objectives in order to maximise TMCA volume and market share


What will you do?

  • Coordinate forums and support facilitation to ensure that vehicle strategic plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
 
  • Contribute to the achievement of vehicle sales targets for Toyota vehicles through the analysis and strategic input into competitor activities, sales review reports and new model run outs. Provides feedback on vehicle market and network intelligence in order to inform decision making
 
  • Update and maintain reporting systems to provide accurate information to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
 
  • Contribute to overall guest satisfaction by assisting in the development of vehicles sales policies in line with sales and marketing initiatives
 
  • Monitors and analyses performance against targets and recommends countermeasures

  • Tertiary qualification including but not limited to Business, Economics or Marketing.
  • Intermediate – Advanced Excel
