We are seeking a motivated and collaborative leader to join our dynamic Sales team, taking on the position of Senior Sales Manager to become a part of our vibrant, social and positive studio culture.
The Role:

Build and maintain external stakeholder relationships

Work alongside internal departments to engage audiences and clients

Drive the team to meet and exceed KPI and sales targets

Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition

Solve problems that get escalated to management by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

Reflect the company values at all times

Be a brand ambassador

Planning and executing solutions for the sales team to deliver to customers

Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers

Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends

Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance

Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics
The Candidate:

5+ years experience in the same or similar position

Proven experience in setting up and managing teams

Superb track record in closing deals

Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills

Passion and drive for results

Competitive but fair spirited

Capability and comfortability to mentor sales team member

Be proactive in pursuing new business and sales opportunities
