About the Company
Our client is one of the Nations iconic residential building companies. They have a brand synonomous with customer satisfaction, quality and innovative efficient building. With growth plans continuing in QLD they are looking for a key member of their Management team to take full control on sales.
About the Position
Responsibilities will include:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales budgets
- Manage relationships with developers and foster positive working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Motivate and lead New Home Sales Consultants to achieve targets
- Plan, forecast and recruit for sales division
- Provide ongoing support and training to the team
- Provide recommendations for product development and marketing
- Contribute to the ongoing strategy of the business
Skills and Experience
Our client is seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Manager to provide exceptional support and leadership to this sales team and contribute knowledge to the Executive Management team in the way of marketing and product. Candidates would need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience as a Sales Manager or track record as a New Home Sales Consultant in volume building space
- Sound knowledge of Queensland volume building market
- Experience as a Sales Manager within another industry highly regarded
- Good network with Developers
- A passion to lead and to deliver results
