THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting opportunity to join Camp Australia, the largest provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) nationally, in the role of Partnership Manager in Victoria. The Partnership Manager is responsible for business development, generating new relationships with schools to provide our before and after school care and vacation care services. The successful applicant will have the unique opportunity to join a truly innovative company at the forefront of a high growth industry, showcasing their ability to develop solutions that meet the needs of their partners.

In addition, you will have access to our generous commission structure, earning bonuses when targets are achieved. - Business development with schools to form partnerships
- Develop OSHC solutions that match the school’s needs
- Form strong relationships with key school stakeholders
- Advocate for Camp Australia & the valued work we do
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of OSHC/Childcare/Education industry desirable
- Demonstrated ability to deliver needs based solutions
- Engaging personality conducive to building strong relationships
- Strong time management skills in an autonomous role
