The Role
Reporting to the COO, you will lead the Sales functions across Australia and New Zealand. With 5 sales managers as direct reports and broad sales structure to drive our sales growth you will …
- Work with the Marketing Director and Sales Management Team to develop and implement strategies and plans to grow the Ci business.
- Ensure that the sales team executes all sales and marketing plans and campaigns effectively.
- Maintain a culture that recognises and rewards performance and sales excellence.
- Develop and delivering strategies and plans for customer acquisition and retention.
- Set and manage sales targets, budgets and variable compensation plans.
Your Profile
To be successful in your application it is likely that you will have:
- Wide and deep experience managing sales channels for companies that are resellers of best-of-breed solutions and also develop and market their own products and services.
- Delivered programs to improve sales management effectiveness.
- Achieved a tertiary qualification and sales leadership experience.
- A demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and put in place plans to mitigate these risks with a sense of urgency
- The ability to be as comfortable with strategy as you are with operations (big picture and detail).
