Energy Action is a leading national provider of innovative energy solutions to business and government clients, this includes; Energy Procurement, Contract Management, Energy Efficiency, Project Advisory Services and onsite energy generation services. We help clients understand and take control of their energy needs. We aim to reduce and optimise electricity and gas usage, saving businesses money on their energy bills and helping them to become more economically and environmentally sustainable.

We have a great opportunity for a talented sales coordinator/administrator who is ready to progress to the next level. We are looking for a National Manager Client Solutions to lead and manage a team that will provide sales and service delivery support to Energy Action’s consultancy clients, as well as working closely with other business units to drive process efficiency and best practice across our services.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Consultancy Services, we define success in this role as the achievement of retention, growth and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets. The key responsibilities to drive your success include:

  1. Primary workflow coordinator for service delivery to nominated key clients, for both internal and external activities
  2. Client Relationship Manage and provision of support for key strategic clients
  3. Primary point of contact between Sales and Operations
  4. Lead and develop a team that will provide high quality, timely and accurate services

To be considered for this role, we’d like to see applicants with:

  • Minimum 4 years administrative/coordinator experience in a sales environment, Coordinators or Personal Assistants with demonstrated experience in a sales division are encouraged to apply
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Database experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Energy industry
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience an advantage
