About the role 

My client is looking for an experienced National Key Account Manager to join the business and take ownership with the major retail channel partners, notably with Harvey Norman, The Good Guys and JB Hifi. 


The responsibilities

You will be required to drive strategic relationships with the retail accounts, driving market share, revenue and profitability. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with the buying and category teams, driving joint business plans, promotion activities and product review sessions. 

You will also need to work closely with your internal stakeholders, collaborating with the new product development, supply chain and operations teams, provide quarterly reports on sales and inventory planning. 


The successful applicant will have

• Previous experience of account management in the consumer goods industry selling to retail clients
• Existing relationships with buyers in their core retail channel partners would be beneficial, however candidates with transferable skills sets will also be considered
• Strong rapport building, influencing and negotiating skills, along with strong presentation and reporting.

Additional benefits

In addition to your base salary my my client offers a car allowance including tolls and petrol, leave loading, private healthcare insurance and a competitive annual bonus.
