Role Snapshot

A great opportunity for a dynamic, adaptable and fast-moving coordinator, to join the wagering and media sales team, providing overall administration support for the Head of Wagering and their team. This role has a growing focus on implementing process efficiencies within the assigned regional wagering teams and tracking and reporting of results.

How you will contribute

This role will see you being involved in;

  • Coordinating the delivery of weekly, monthly regional performance reporting
  • Organise and support management team meetings, state conferences, external meetings – including development of agendas, presentation packs, meeting minutes
  • Support key events organisation and hospitality – manage events at race courses and sporting events
  • Diary management for key executives, including travel bookings for the team

Our Ideal Person

We are seeking someone who can build relationships quickly and effectively, has a strong customer focus and is able to prioritise and time manage, exceptionally well. Given this role supports an overall marketing and sales team, ideally we are looking for someone who has previous experience supporting similar teams in conjunction with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
