Brand Ambassador

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Brand Ambassador and engagement champion to drive awareness of nbn™ network offerings to consumers, as part of a Local Area Marketing initiative on behalf of our client, nbn.

Reporting to the Training & Field Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising, training and assisting team members across Retailers to increase the take-up of the nbn™ network within local communities. Therefore, the ideal candidate will possess a passion for mentorship and encouraging others to succeed.
 
As an inspiring Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for liaising with the community as you drive awareness of the nbn™ network via various Local Area Marketing initiatives - including:

• Product & Sales Training
• Experiential events including Community & Promotional events
• Driving and managing an nbn™ network-connected vehicle for events/promotions as necessary  

Your CV may feature a similar Brand Ambassador, Sales or B2B role within a telecommunications and/or consumer electronics environment. You are self-motivated and have buckets of initiative. You are able to work autonomously, but also closely with a team to reach overall goals.

What else are we are looking for? 

• An effective communicator with a confident & friendly personality
• Brand ambassador or sales representative experience
• Telecommunications experience preferred but not necessary
• The ability to lead and motivate others
• A passion and capability with technology and hardware
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Comfortable in a highly autonomous role
• Full Australian Driver's Licence

A standard working week will be from Wednesday to Sunday, however, flexibility is required for campaigns. The role covers location in the Melbourne Metro area and will involve regular regional travel.
