As a G.J. Gardner New Home Consultant you will demonstrate the ability to fully understand the client’s needs, concerns and priorities and sell housing solutions while working in an autonomous but well supported commission only position.
As the successful applicant, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a highly motivated team.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a sales pipeline using proven systems and creative initiatives.
As a new Home Consultant you will be proactive in providing a quality customer focused service that closes sales and gains valuable referrals. Your building and design knowledge, detail focus, presentation skills and industry network will help you work with your clients through to contract signing and you will achieve exceptional results in
2018 and beyond.
