A leading R&D based crop protection organisation, well established in Australia is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager in regional NSW to ensure their envied reputation for exceeding customer's expectations in terms of quality product solutions, outstanding service and ethics is maintained.
With a strong focus on broadacre and horticulture, you will be responsible for continuing to grow the company’s strong presence through strong relationships with growers, distributors and other industry stakeholders. You will implement company and regional-specific sales and market strategies as well as identify new business opportunities and make them happen.
Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in agriculture and a good working knowledge of NSW crop production systems. A sound track record in sales will be well regarded however if you have the technical product knowledge and other relevant experience and are looking for a role in sales, you are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously while still being an active and constructive member of a strong, focused team, will be critical to your success.
