Description

The Brisbane office has experienced significant growth in the last two years. As a result we are seeking professional, commercial minded and driven individuals to join our team so we can continue to offer a great to our existing clients and candidates.

As a specialist recruitment consultant, your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Establishing and building developing long lasting client relationships;
  • Engaging with candidates and providing resumes, interview and general career advice;
  • Providing clients with a tailored recruitment service and source suitable candidates for career opportunities;
  • Identifying and converting commercial opportunities through a range of marketing initiatives and business development opportunities.

Profile

To be considered for this role you are required to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to be persistent, set and achieve goals, willingness to learn and have a passion for business development. Alignment with our values is essential.


A degree in a commercial subject such as finance, marketing, economics or relevant industry experience in external recruitment, sales or business development is advantageous.
