A fantastic opportunity exists with our VIC Division for an ambitious and energetic sales professional looking to join a leading Australian owned company. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent networking skills to effectively support & grow our dealer networks in Victoria. Maintaining and improving sales through high customer relationship selling, this role is the opportunity to use your experience within an exciting & fast paced industry, working with a team who’s success has been driven by passionate customer service & a can do attitude.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within the industry and need to become familiar with the existing customer base and their individual requirements. Once familiar with the existing business there will be a requirement to grow current business & generate new business opportunities. If you have a passion for sales, customer service and connecting with people then this position is for you.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Customer liaison directly with OEM, Manufacturers and end users
  • Devising & implementing a regular call cycle
  • Maintain, manage & grow existing dealer base and customers
  • Provide training & development to our distribution network
  • Preparation of dealer/customer orders & quotations
  • Ability to travel, with Tradeshow & Field day representation
  • Sales Reporting & CRM maintenance
  • Working closely with internal sales & production team to ensure customer demands are met
  • Managing new product introduction

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role 5+ years
  • Extensive exposure to the earthmoving and construction industry
  • Ability to build & maintain trusting relationships,
  • Excellent communicator with a confident personality
  • Self-motivated with a high level of presentation
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook

Experience in the Earthmoving or related industries will be an advantage. An attractive package will consist of a Salary + Vehicle.
