Senior Retail Sales Manager

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for building, owning and driving a sales culture across authorized Brightgreen retailers within the assigned market.
Your responsibilities include meeting and exceeding budgeted sales and revenue goals, expanding the company’s market share and growth by executing sales plans that align with Brightgreen’s retail partners’ vision.
This position also ensures assigned sales channels to contribute to the acquisition of new customers, resulting in customer and revenue growth.
What you need to succeed
You’re self-motivated and will be able to hit the ground running in your new senior leadership role with your years of experience in Retail and Sales.
You’re known for your strong analytical thinking with an ability to think outside the box when it comes to handling challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Managing multiple tasks and projects is second nature to you, and you’re able to prioritize work and function effectively.
Your exceptional communication skills can be seen in your ability to build, influence, inspire and motivate a high-performing team. You are able to give clear cut instructions and objectives confidently, ensuring all expected deliverables are met.
